We are living in unprecedented times and with each day our communities are adjusting to a new normal. And, while many things are different, what won’t change is our commitment to you. That is why I wanted to give you an update on how we are handling COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and what steps we have taken to make sure your financial needs are met.

First and foremost, the health and well-being of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance. That is why we are following guidelines and recommendations from the CDC to limit person-to-person contact. All City Bank lobbies have been modified with access by appointment only. Drive-thru locations, however, are open during regular business hours and our ATMs are accessible 24-hours a day.

If you are in one of our lobbies, you will notice we’ve increased the precautions we normally take each year during flu season. Our employees are being encouraged to wash their hands frequently. We have also increased the supply of hand sanitizer available for employees. Contact surfaces in our branches, including ATM screens and keypads, are cleaned daily with EPA-approved disinfectants.

City Bank has many other options when it comes to handling your financial needs. We encourage you to use digital banking or our mobile app for items such as deposits, transfers, increasing spending limits, and viewing statements. For Individuals

We are also mindful of the fact that many of you may face undue financial strain during these difficult times. In an effort to assist, we have developed a loan deferral program for consumers. For businesses that may be experiencing financial hardship related to the current economic environment, please reach out to your account officer for assistance. We have flexible loan modification options to fit your specific situation.
