About Me

Scott has been in the mortgage industry for a total of 6  years starting in the customer service side of the industry to now serving as a loan consultant creating loans to best fit his customer's needs. Scott is familiar with all aspects of the mortgage loan process and understands how the structure of a loan affects the buyer on a month to month basis. 
 
Scott understands that every borrower’s situation is unique and treats each conversation with the intentionality and care it deserves.  His goal of helping people buy a home is not only to put them in the best financial position possible but to help the customer understand why that particular situation applies. He knows how to create an environment of understanding and confidence for his clients. Scott understands that being transparent is vital to a smooth transaction. He informs his borrowers what needs will be required throughout the process as well as setting appropriate expectations from start to finish.  He believes taking the time to listen to and understand the borrower is the key to structuring the right loan for their situation. City Bank Mortgage offers conventional, FHA, VA,  jumbo, home renovation, new construction, lot, portfolio, and USDA loans.
 
Scott has a degree in marketing from Baylor University. He lives in Dallas, TX with his wife of 4 years, Alycia, and their two children Abby Grace and Cooper.
