Lost or Stolen Debit Card
Speak with a Customer Xperience Representative to report a lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of your debit card.
During business hours, you will be connected with City Bank's Customer Xperience Center for assistance.
After business hours, you will go through a series of prompts that will connect you with our fraud center partner. If the card is lost or stolen, the card will be placed in hot card status and will no longer be available for use. You will then be directed back to City Bank during normal business hours to receive a new card.
