Clayton Watson, a sixth-generation Texan, is a proud resident of the Brazos Valley. Following graduation from Texas A&M University with an MBA and Master of Real Estate, he spent several years in commercial real estate finance before transitioning to the mortgage industry.
Now in his third year with City Bank Mortgage, his number one priority is taking care of his clients. He works tirelessly to help them achieve their goals – whether that’s owning their first home, growing their
real estate investment portfolio, or anything in between.

In November 2022, Clayton was appointed as a Commissioner on the City of Bryan Planning & Zoning Commission.
When not working, Clayton is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys traveling to the Rocky Mountains, hunting, hiking, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors. He is also a private pilot and is passionate about general aviation.
