City Bank is among the top local businesses selected as the 2015 Best of the West by KCBD NewsChannel 11. Winners were voted on by NewsChannel 11 viewers and KCBD.com users.

City Bank was recognized in two categories. In the Agriculture Business category, honors included Best Ag Lender for its locations at 304 W. 1st Street in Idalou; 600 College Ave. in Levelland; 107 West Taylor in Morton; Highway 70 in Springlake; and Highway 114 in Whiteface. In the Service category, honors included Best Bank for its locations at 5506 4th Street, 3251 50th Street, 8201 Quaker Ave., 6501 University Ave., 5219 City Bank Parkway, 6524 82nd Street, 611 University Ave. and 8009 University Ave.

Since 2009, the Best of the West awards have honored companies based or operating in Lubbock and the South Plains that have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service. 2015 Best of the West honors were presented in nine categories including Agriculture Business, Food, Home, Shopping, Transportation, Entertainment, Health, Service, and Sports & Recreation.
