Just insert your card to access all of the self-service features of an ATM such as withdrawing cash, depositing money, and more.

What is an Interactive Teller Machine or ITM?

ITM, or Interactive Teller Machine, is a video-based interactive technology that allows customers to conduct transactions and banking services with a virtual teller in a real-time video/audio interaction.

How is an ITM different from an ATM?

ITMs allow you to conduct more transactions than a traditional ATM, including deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, loan payments, and more! Plus, you can connect with a City Bank teller to have a face-to-face conversation as you conduct your transaction.

Do I need my debit card or PIN?

For ITM transactions, you will not use your debit card. A photo I.D. will be required to verify your identity, giving you greater security. A debit card will be used for standard ATM transactions.

How do I connect with a City Bank teller at the ITM?

To connect with a teller, press the "Talk with a Teller" button BEFORE inserting your debit card. Inserting your debit card will remove the function of connecting with a teller. 

When will the new ITM functionality be available at my branch?

We are launching ITMs in the South Plains area first and will continue to roll out this service to other markets over the coming months. Please see the list above for locations with ITM capabilities.
