Liz Garcia has been employed with City Bank since May of 2012 as a Mortgage Loan Officer. She has been in the industry for over 30 years with extensive experience with FHA, VA, USDA, Texas Vet, Conventional and first-time homebuyer loans. Liz was also very involved with El Paso Mortgage Bankers in which she became their Secretary, Vice President and later President.

When Liz is not working she enjoys training for Triathlons and traveling around Texas to compete. Her biggest accomplishment was competing in an ocean water swim.

Liz is married to Raul Garcia, a retired firefighter, and has two children.
